Q: The projector does not turn on(no power light indicators at all).

A:-make sure the power cord is plugged in properly and the wall outlet works.

Q: The lamp shuts down after a period of time or the image disappears.

A:-This could mean the lamp has a high number of hours on it and needs to be replaced.

Q: The image is tinted or colours are distorted.

A:-Reset the projector to its' factory default settings(in the menu of the projector). Check cables for bent or broken pins.

Q: The projector reverts back to the manufacturers logo or the screen goes blank.

A:-Make sure you disable the screen saver function on your computer.

Q: The image does not appear on both the computer and projector screen at the same time.

A:-Make sure your resolution on the computer is set for 1024x768(or at least 800x600). You may also need to activate the computers video port(this is done by holding the FN key and the appropriate function key(ie. F5 or F7).

Q: I have tried everything but the problem still exists.

A:-First, refer to the Instruction Manual that came with your unit. You can also go to the "Links" section of the Lighthouse website and click on the manufacturer of your projector.
